Illinois To Begin Following the 2nd Ammendment

Although gun laws are very strict in some states, such as New York and California, Illinois is the only state that actually prohibits any and all concealed weapons.  But that will change this year.  Last month, the Illinois 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the state must begin offering some sort of concealed carry program.
